A Perfect Pre-Flight Stopover!

We were actually surprised! The room was clean, and the comfortable beds made for a perfect night's sleep. Dinner was good, with a lovely selection of local dishes. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch after a long day. Highly recommended for anyone catching an early flight!

Excellent place, outstanding staff with excellent customer service. Welcoming and exceptionally comfortable rooms with the bathroom, a single bed and large spa bath, no complaints. Brilliant and stunning setting, close to shops, cafes, Near to Alicante Airport and airport / conference center. Close to Eyes and other tourist attractions.

The hotel was great and excellent, it had fabulous staff with excellent customer service. The location was stunning, in "Spa " area and the interior design was nice...

Lekker vibes near Alicante ✈️🌴

The staff were super friendly. Loved chilling in the tropical garden with a drink, so lekker and relaxing. The room? Flipping comfortable with a big shower, just what I needed after a long flight!

Only downside was waiting a bit for brekkie since the restaurant opened late at 8pm.

The staff was super and brilliant and we really enjoyed the main bar. The room was amazingly comfortable & welcoming with both the bar and very nice bathroom. The pool was heated, hot and fine breakfasts with scrambled egg and crossants.

Nicely furnished room with separate bathroom and a mini bar fridge, air conditioning and a personal safe. Very good services!

We even found time for some outdoor activities like water skiing and exploring the nearby Elche palm grove. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and modern.

The restaurant service was a bit slow, frustrating after a long day out exploring. It would definitely help if they could speed things up for the guests.

The Spa is not bad, a small heated pool with several jets, 1 sauna and 1 Turkish bath. All that was missing was signs asking users to take a shower after leaving the sauna or steam room if they wanted to get into the pool, as a matter of hygiene more than anything else. They have a nice garden and in the reception you have several sofas, TV, books and computer that you can use without any problem. The location near the airport can be a good option if you have a very early flight and come from far away. Or if you want to go sightseeing in nearby cities like Alicante, Elche or Murcia, but in the village of Torrellano there is not much to see, although near the hotel there are many bars/restaurants which are cheaper options for breakfast for example. This hotel is not a good option for us.

The spa is not bad to be included in the price but it is something small, if 10 people coincide at the same time you could not enjoy 100%.

Checked into a Beautiful Double Room, quite modern and generally clean. Room had a comfy bed, though it was just two twins pushed together was great. Enjoyed a lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant. The menu had a variety of tasty options, but some dishes felt overpriced. The swimming pool and spa area were highlights, perfect for relaxation after a day of travel. There were issues at check-in. The desk was unmanned for quite a while, frustrating after a long journey. The bathroom lacked a door, pretty awkward. On the brighter side, the outdoor garden area was serene and ideal for unwinding with a drink. The stay had some great amenities, but a few adjustments would really enhance the experience.

Airport shuttle service does not operate on saturday or sunday - your not made aware of this before you book room!

Modern hotel, near the Airport, friendly professional staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The bar area was pleasant. The rooms were modern and spacious, with good aircon for a nice cool night. Breakfast had decent options, just not a lot of variety 😊

We liked the fact that the hotel was so near Alicante airport. Our flight arrived very late in the evening so it was nice to spend the night there before travelling across Spain the next morning. The free airport shuttle bus to the airport to pick up our hire car was great. Not sure whether we payed over the odds for the taxi the night before, as the journey seemed to take a lot longer! Thought it was good value with a buffet breakfast included. Would use it again.

Thought it was strange not having a door on the room with the wash basin and shower.Maybe it was not intended to be like that!

Hotel staff was really friendly and ready to answer all our requests. Spa was very nice! Room was very nice decorated and clean, and very comfortable! Although very close to the airport,could hear nothing at all!!!
